Specialty Health Network by Shoppers™ was formed on July 2, 2008 following the purchase of Calea Health Access from Fresenius Kabi by Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. Calea Health Access, previously known as Caremark, provided patient assistance and call centre programs in Canada for over 15 years.
Specialty Health Network by Shoppers™ has provided patient assistance services in the Canadian marketplace for more than 20 years, serving thousands of patients coast to coast.
Our heritage is based on a wealth of experience in the specialty marketplace; our vision and commitment is to provide a national specialty pharmacy network that allows patients across Canada to receive high-quality support and service.
